This year Shourya and Naksh celebrate their first rakhi. I was very excited for this big day. My sis Shweta specially come from Pune to tie a rakhi to Shourya and Naksh, she also bought a very cute angry bird rakhi for them. As my babies don’t have a sis yet so their Shweta masi decided to tie a rakhi.
Shourya and Naksh was wear dress which was Akanksha Masi b’day gift to them. It was lovely dress thank you Masi. After being mommee I love all the festival. Every year I tied a rakhi to my brother Manas as well as few my brother friends too. Amol, Anand and Parimal, every year they all come to my place and me and my sis tie a rakhi to them. This year Parimal had not come for rakhi as he was busy in his office work.
Raksha Bandhan is a festival that symbolizes the love of brother and sister relation. No matter what your age, the excitement and thrill of this festival stays there. To the outside world we all grow old. But not to the brothers and sisters. We know each other’s hearts. We shares private family jocks, we remember family grief and joys.
When my all brother and sister came to our place our house is filled with joy, noise, exchange of sweet and gifts, singing and dancing, this is what we call typical Indian festival celebration. I want to teach my babies togetherness, sharing and family values, I always tries to filled their childhood with this sweet memories so they also learn the importance of family.
