Kellogg's Waale Guptaji ka Nashta...

I personally believe all happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast.  In the present lifestyle with so much of stress and work pressure, we need something solid to start our day.  So many people skipped their breakfast and as a result we get tired earlier than expected. Breakfast, the first and the most important component of a meal should not be skipped.

I have been curious to know the secret of Guptaji's energy, but couldn't find one. Well that’s true. The Gupta family is popular for their yummy breakfast which is full of varieties.  Credit goes to Shalu aka Mrs Gupta, the magical chef. Shalu can cook any variety of dishes with her just one magic ingredient: Kellogg's Cornflakes.

#KelloggsWaleGuptaji aks Gupta family is a four member family with Gattu ji aka Gupta ji being the man of the house. Along with his beautiful wife Shalu, and two kids, an elder cute teenage daughter Ritu, and the smarty Rohan, naughtier and younger.

I am a big big cornflakes fan.  This cornflakes is a stomach filling, rich with fiber yet so light meal. For me breakfast means Kellogg’s.  It simply sets my mood high and gets me going. I know only two ways to prepare cornflakes, one with Luke warm milk and other one with chilled milk which I use to have in summers. But did I just hear it right? Mrs. Shalu Gupta has over 100 recipes out of cornflakes? WOW!!! I can only exclaim.

The moment I heard about the variety in breakfasts happening at Gupta place, my heart was filled with lot of excitement. The Gupta family happily calls their breakfast regime “Anaaj Ka Nashta”

More than 100 varieties of Breakfast??? That means, I can eat a different dish every day...for seven weeks...and for over three Months??

The very thought itself is mouth watering.

Well, there is more to it. Besides being healthy and yummyliscious, the Kellogg’s breakfast recipe can also be customized...as per the day. Don’t believe me? Well, just have a look at the varieties created by Mrs. Shalu Gupta:

  1. Best Family wala Nashta
  2. Celebration wala Nashta
  3. BFF wala Nashta
  4. Movie wala Nashta
  5. Chup Karane wala nashta
  6. Guest ko impress karne wala nashta

We are Together In This Journey....

Family is not an important thing. It's everything. - Michael J. Fox
I am completely agreed with Mr. Michael, I personally believe family is everything, all your life to do lot of struggle just for your family.

I am thankful to god for giving me a very loving and caring family that’s been there for me in all my ups and downs of my life. My family is my strength and my weakness. I have a very special bond with my family; we share joy together and respect each other.

I have been married for eight years and in these years I have achieved lots of things on personal front. I am proud mom of twins boys and blessed with a very loving and caring husband. But now it is the right time when I can prove that I can be equally successful on professional front too. So I started working as a freelancer as priorities are still my kids.

I am very tech savvy person, few days back when I am surfing on the net, I stumbled upon a forum of women, I found it very interesting,  there are so many women discuss about their life, dreams, future plans, they share their experience about how to balance professional and personal life. I found there so many like-minded friends. After meeting with people who wanted to explore new opportunities and do something different, as I always wanted to do make me feel very confident and filled me with new energy and hope to do something can make different in my life. I join this forum and now I work for them. We now help those people who are under privileged and still can make difference in the society. Working for them gave me a sense of satisfaction and peace and also made me realise that giving small contribution can actually maces huge difference in their lives.

My husband and my kids are very proud of me and encourage me for my work. On this Women’s day my family make me feel special, they all arrange a special party for me especially my kids take a lot of efforts to make me feel special. I am very thankful to God for blessed me such a loving family and also thankful to my family for being there in my life. They not only made this day special for me by gifting me lovely flowers, and loads of gifts but something that gave me strength and motivation to do something special in life and prove it not only to the world but to myself that  “yes I can do and achieve what I ever dreamt of. My family made me realise that life is not about finding yourself but it is about creating yourself.

Start A New Life ...

“Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”
― George Bernard Shaw

In very few words George Bernard Shaw explain what life is exactly.  Life is all about changes. Some changes are for good makes us independent, while some teach us a lesson of life.  So changes are an integral part of our life. I belong to the middle class family and small town in the Maharashtra, life was pretty much the same since childhood. My life changed altogether when I moved to the Bangalore for my higher studies. Bangalore is metro city culturally very different from my city. Emotionally also difficult for me to adjust and stay there alone, I was a home sick that time. The decision of moving to Bangalore was totally mine, so I have to adjust with different people, different language and different culture altogether.  After finishing my masters I got job in MNC. My world was completely changed; I will grow up to face the world finally.

I love my job and I was doing great in my job. I was staying at hostel and then shift with my office colleague. It was my dream to have my own house, my colleague suggest me some good venture of housing project. I was in doubt before investing my money as I heard lot about real estate fraud cases.  So I do the proper inquiry about the broker before investing my hard earns money. Fortunately I got a beautiful flat near to my office area, it was under construction and broker promise me that he handover me the keys in next 12 months.

But unfortunately, after six month the broker died in a road accident, I was in terrible shock, I do feel sorry for the broker family but at the same time I feel that my hard earned money went into the drain.  The building construction work also stopped.  I went into depression and it started affecting my job and health. I was not able to focus on my work. This is the exact time to accept the change, and take it as a challenge; I started working harder and kept myself busy.

My parent taught me have a faith and never give up, everything will be fine with time. And one fine day I got a call from builders wife that after her husband’s sudden death she was facing so much financial problems but now everything is fine and she starts all the pending projects, and she also promise me that I got my flat with a few month.  She also tells me that she start one new Villa project in different area, if I am interested I can have Villa at the price of flat. It was a true bumper offer. After a lot of downfall in life, it was time to celebrate.  I never thought I would be able to buy a villa of my own.

Well! A person needs courage to take a bold decision. And I did and now this decision had changed my life completely. Now I feel, taking a decision of moving to Bangalore, then buying a house has been a change for good and I feel proud of accepting the change. So #StartANewLife  with the changes in life.

Dry baby, happy baby

There's no doubt that motherhood is the best thing in my life. It's all that really matters. Motherhood is that phase of life which makes a woman complete. I am a proud mom of twin’s baby boys. Both are extremely naughty, and keep my day busy. As a mother, I am their shield and I easily know about what they likes and dislikes.

My boys are very close to me and we share some precious moments with each other. My tiredness and fatigue disappears in a minute when I see my baby smiling faces.  There are few things which I regularly follow to make sure that my baby feels energetic and fresh.

Apart from play with water at the time of bathing, both love playing with their favorite teddy bear makes my cute little angle very cheerful. My elder son is started talking and he love to talk with his soft toy.  Both only need their toys they forgets everything. Hence, I make sure to take their toys everywhere we go so that in case both gets cranky.

All these happy moments of my baby are possible because of the dry diaper. Diaper plays a very important factor when it comes to baby’s happiness. A baby will never feel happy and active if its diaper is not good. Wet diaper spoils the happiness of the child. I always prefer Pampers baby dry pants which keep my baby fresh and dry and my baby is always active and can enjoy and have fun with us. A dry diaper also helps my baby to sleep peacefully at nights and he would wake up feeling fresh and energetic.

I want to share my experience with all young mom’s I have been using Pampers since birth and I can say with certainty that a dry baby means a very happy baby. Happy babies mean happy families because there's no crying because of a wet bum. If you haven't tried these new designs then you're totally missing out! These new diapers are now more absorbent and lasts up to 12hours without needing to be changed. That surely makes night time sleeping much easier because now baby won't be up in the middle of the night needing a diaper change.

All I know is, since we started using Pampers Baby Dry, I’ve not had to change one sheet. both been dry and happy every morning. Which is great because I don’t like to have anything between me and squeezing this little muffin first thing. Not even a diaper change.

A dry baby = a happy baby and a happy baby = a happy family.  Therefore, when baby wakes up dry, it’s party time! So what are you waiting for? Show off those dance moves and get moving today!

Look Up Stories

As Steve Jobs says, “It's not the tools that you have faith in - tools are just tools. They work, or they don't work. It's people you have faith in or not. Yeah, sure, I'm still optimistic I mean, I get pessimistic sometimes but not for long.” This is the very important thing we should learn if we want to be optimistic in our life.

Here I wanna share one incident of my life that incident change me inside out and change my perspective to look at the life and also grow me as a better person. I was a doing my masters in social work and for one project I have to visit Burn Section of one of the renowned Multi-specialty Hospital. It was a group project, so one of my fellow batch met accompany me. I was already in trauma how I will do this, visit the patient and ask them to share their experience.

We went there and take proper permission from authority. They allowed us to talk to the patient relative. Me and my friend standing outside the burn section room, it was so heartbreaking to see the patients. I must say they are an epitome of bravery. They put you to shame. I just remembered an hour back's time as I stood there still. I was at home then, cribbing to mom for not having enough clothes to wear! I hung my head in shame.

I talk with one family, Wife was 35% burn with LPG cylinder blast, and she was mother of 2 little kids. Elder is seven and younger one is three. Father is in shock, he don’t understand how to react the situation, but I can clearly see kids are braver than a father. Doctor says wife has to go with different surgery to get back to normal life.

I remember how I throw the tantrums to my love once even after being self-sufficient, we crib.  On the other hand, a patient struggling and facing harsh and painful treatments and enters the treatment room with a smile - not fearing the huge machine, dose, nothing.  The family also suffer the same pain like patients. Hats off to those small kids, who strongly stood beside their father. I spend around two hour there, I never see them crying and not even found them nervous on the contrary they boost their father and mother. There were so many patients who struggled with their pain. Everyone has their own stories. That moment filled me with so much optimism and a gush of energy about being alive and healthy. A true #lookup story.

Also, don't force optimism around yourself, you're no cheerleader. Be happy within and see the magic lotion called 'optimism' do wonders!
